Hosting the conference at IAEA means a significant difference in procedure from previous INGSMs. The Agency provides our conference facilities, and session-break refreshments will be provided. However, delegates will take lunch in a choice of locations within the UN complex: the main cafeteria in F building ground floor, which offers a wide-ranging international cuisine at extremely low prices, a nearby serviced restaurant (prior booking required) or light snacks (salads, rolls, cakes) in the M Building ground floor coffee bar, on building C floors 4 and 7, and at the cafeteria entrance also. Please note that it is now CARD PAYMENTS ONLY except at the cafeteria.

Evening dining (except for the Wednesday evening) will be your choice of hundreds of excellent restaurants in central Vienna – recommendations based upon 30 years of sampling most of them can be provided! Anyone intending to dine as a large group is strongly advised to phone ahead for a reservation.

This registration fee INCLUDES the social programme. Accompanying persons may attend the Opening Reception free of charge. To join the Schönbrunn tour and concert, accompanying persons will be € 140 per person (child rates are not available): bookings for accompanying persons must be paid at the time of registration.
Accompanying persons will not have access to the IAEA at any time

Hotel reservations are at delegates own discretion. Some recommendations in Travel & Accommodation are available.

Hotel costs ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE and must be settled directly with your hotel.

Reduced fees are available for students and retirees.
